We can help you plan the perfect reception and ceremony. We have the knowledge and ideas to help with all of your wedding plans. We have been working in the wedding industry for more than 25 years and can give you suggestions for wedding specialists we've worked with who will make your special day turn out perfect.
If you decide to hire our services for your special day, we will arrive at your reception well over an hour in advance of the scheduled time. We will meet with banquet hall coordinators, caterers and any one who will be helping make your reception perfect. We will set up equipment, take care of sound checks, and have background music already playing as the first guest arrives. We will greet your guests as they enter the hall and keep them informed of up-coming events. When you and the wedding party arrive at the hall, we will be there to get you prepared for your grand entrance. You will be introduced with your wedding party into the reception, with everyone standing as we introduce you to all of your guests for the first time as husband and wife.
After you and your wedding party get settled, we will coordinate and announce all the special events that will be happening. (We will have discussed this with you prior to your event.) Even if you don't know what to do next, we will be right by your side, working with you every step of the way. We will also work closely with your caterer and photographer about their schedules. We will then graduate from dinner to the toast, and proceed into the bride and groom's first dance, followed by the father-daughter and mother-son dances. We will also invite the bridal party to join in. We then pick up the pace and invite all the guests to join in on the dance floor as we liven up the crowd and get the party started!!
After a brief dance session, we will add in some of the traditional wedding events (cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, and money dance, if you desire). We can also add fun interactive dances such as the married dance, chicken dance, hokey pokey, limbo, etc. We will make sure you and your guests have a very special once-in-a-lifetime day that everyone will always remember. As you dance the last song together in the circle of love and give your hugs and kisses and goodbyes to your friends and family, The Music Machine will be right there with you to see you off with your new life together.
Ceremonies
If you are not getting married in a church or are planning an outside ceremony or a ceremony separate from the hall, we can supply an extra sound system for your wedding ceremony, including with wireless microphones and ceremonial background music.
